11 Gauge High-Tensile Steel 1/8" EVRCoat™ PVC Coating

Exclusive Coating and Design.

Ex-Guard is the leader in the semi-truck grille guard market because of two key benefits. The first is Ex-Guard's proprietary EVRCoat™ PVC Coating. More than 1/8" thick, this layer is UV, rust, salt resistant and carries a number of unique self-healing properties when damaged. This is a coating that will last for years - even decades.

With billions of miles and years of experience, Ex-Guard has also found the right combination of strength, rigidity and weight with their high-tensile steel tubing. With 11-gauge thickness, Ex-Guard yields the best protection-to-weight ratio on the road.
