Our engineering story began in 2005 with an aluminum “moose bumper.” It was strong, but its weight and bulk made one thing clear: the industry needed a smarter solution with the same protection and much easier everyday use.
In 2009, the team introduced the original XG-125 for set-back axle trucks. Ex-Guard has continued to work with manufacturers, dealers and fleet partners ever since—developing protection that helps reduce downtime, repair costs and lost revenue.
GIVING BACK
Ex-Guard continues to support local charities and organizations throughout the year, carrying our founding principles beyond the factory floor.
