The XG 100G2 series is Extreme-Duty front-end protection for set-back axle trucks.
- Constructed of extremely strong high-tensile steel, corrosion resistant and maintenance free PVC coating, it is kept secure with our rattle-free dual cam latch system!
- CMS compatible. Truck specific variations available.
- The Dual Cam Latch release system is Ex-Guard’s strongest latch system. This system will always keep the guard securely latched, and they are easily adjustable with unmatched longevity. The Dual Cam Latch is used on the XG 100G2 and XG 200G1 series.

DUAL CAM LATCH RELEASE
Dual mechanical latches lock the grille guard in the upright position. This is our unique Extreme Duty latch system that incorporates an adjustable catch that secures the guard mile-after-mile.

AVERAGE LATCH TIME: Comparable to the latches on the truck hood.

Most full bumper replacement guards weigh from 300-500 lbs. Ex-Guards weigh between 90-240 lbs making it easy to fold down and operate.
