REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ Years of Successful Customer Service / Inside Sales Experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 
  • CRM Experience Required, SalesForce Preferred
  • Experience processing orders and data entry
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Quick and professional response to clients on the phone and by email
  • Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Time management skills
  • Sales skills and a positive service-oriented attitude is a must
  • Professional in person, in writing, and on the phone
  • Team player

M-F
7:30-4:30 60min Lunch
7:30-4:00 30min Lunch

Hours are determined by management, based on the individual. Customer Care Representative can work with management to choose a lunch schedule that best fits there needs. Hours based on a 40 hour workweek. 

// Compensation

Starting pay $17.00 per hour

// PTO & Holidays

  • One week of vacation after a year of employment
  • 11 paid holidays after one year of employment
  • 3 paid sick days from the beginning
