// Customer Service Expectations

Ex-Guard Industries is primarily focused on manufacturing exceptional products backed with excellent customer service.

  • Building trusting relations with existing customers and helping them make the right purchasing decisions for their needs.
  • Providing customers with quick, accurate quotes and timely follow up.
  • Providing all necessary materials such as brochures, price lists, delivery dates, etc.

// Adaptability

Adapts to changes in the work environment; changes approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.

 

// Education and/or Experience

  • 5+ years of Customer Service, Sales, or Relevant Experience
  • Manufacturing Experience is Preferred
  • Efficient in Microsoft office
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Strong Computer Skills

If you have previous success in customer service, we will train you to reach a senior skill in product knowledge and sales abilities to represent Ex-Guard products and services to an international customer base.
